耐东谈主磋议的剧情故事，如临瑶池般的取景，齐是《权益的游戏》广受好评的原因，而其中，有不少取景地点就来自于爱尔兰。沿着西姆纳河分布，有许多奇异的风光，包括自然和东谈主工岩石，露头、桥梁、石窟和洞穴，这些元素聚首在一起，使得托利莫尔丛林公园宛如一处瑶池。除了一齐的当然酣畅，16座格调各别的古长幼桥为这座公园增添不少韵味。

影片《勇敢的心》的好多取景齐来雕悍尔兰。几百年来，特里姆城堡一直齐是爱尔兰最大同期亦然最进犯的城堡，它曾一度成为盎格鲁诺曼东谈主的驻地，诺曼东谈主就在这座城堡里监视着当地的住户，承袭一切形势不让任何东谈主置身城堡。城堡的中心堡垒——重大的三层要地，于1176年在一座早期木制堡垒的古迹上启动教育。这座重大的二十面塔呈十字形，由沟渠、幕墙和护城河保护。动作不成攻破城堡的典范，特里姆城堡领有坚实的花岗岩外墙、如狭缝般躲避的炮眼以及在城堡中最为坚固所在—险阻的台阶，使得入侵者举步痛苦。
